Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. If you have any concerns about whether we deliver to your location, contact us before ordering at support@shopdailyverse.com.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods (e.g. holiday season), processing may take slightly longer, we'll notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Australia: 5-12 business days

New Zealand: 7-15 business days

United States, Canada, UK, Europe: 7-20 business days

Rest of world:10-25 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order's progress. If you signed up for live tracking updates at checkout, you'll also receive automatic status notifications.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we will do our best to assist in redirecting a package where possible if you contact us promptly after placing your order.
